Please ensure your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure date. There are no additional requirements.

The dress code is black-tie optional. Gentlemen are welcome to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie if preferred. Ladies, we suggest floor-length gowns for the occasion. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, we recommend thicker heels for the garden setting. We will also provide heel protectors for those who need them!

Late-April in Barcelona brings mild, lovely weather, with daytime highs in the upper 60s and cooler evenings dipping into the 50s. Ladies, you might want to bring a shawl or wrap to stay warm as the sun sets.

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Buses will depart from the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona at 4:15PM. All guests are welcome to join, even if they’re not staying at the hotel—just make sure to arrive by the departure time. At the end of the night, buses will leave the venue around 2:30AM to bring guests back to the Majestic in Barcelona. We’ll share a final timeline and departure details closer to the wedding day.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30PM. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow guests time to enjoy pre-ceremony refreshments and find your seats. If you plan to take the provided transportation, buses will arrive in time to enjoy the welcome refreshments.

Please RSVP by February 15th by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Event venues require a final guest count by this deadline, and only those who have RSVP’d will be included.
